My SA told me it arrived around May 5th or so... so it was probably upwards of 20 days before it made it on the train as well.

VIN ending with EF75700 currently showing "not authorized to view trace data" meaning that railcar "SOO519019" or the VIN is tagged with private tracing.
This shows up usually when vehicle is released at destination terminal or sometimes last for day or so and start to show the data back again. (However, this does not mean that the railcar is not moving it is en route)

Picked up the car yesterday. My salesmen said it did indeed arrive via CN railcar.

Very good to know. I am not able to figure out the reason why I could not track it unless it arrived before you asked me to track.. Otherwise it is my first experience.

The ship is the Don Juan, which arrived in Halifax on the 28th and departed on the 29th.

Wow so it only takes 3 days to load your car on the rail!

Sometimes, or sometimes it takes 20days. Really is hit or miss.

My dealer told me that my car reached Halifax on May 28th even though the production date of my car was May 15th. I was looking at the schedule and the Don Juan left the day of the production date (May 15th). The car leaving the same day as the production date seems too good to be true, any thoughts?

I suppose that since my car had no port-installed options, there was no reason for it to take up space at the port.

I also have no port installed, but they seems to like my car a lot, lol. It's been 15 days and still not on the rail. My SA is requesting if they will truck my car directly from Halifax but still no updates yet. We will see.

Sorry to hear that. It's hard to imagine a car being "lost", but maybe the people at the port have lost track of it.

I seriously doubt that's possible. The factory is a not near Bremerhaven, so the car has to be shipped by train to the port. That has to take a few days.

I asked my SA when the car is expected to arrive. He sent the status, showing it was received in the port on 5/28 and it was supposed to ship on 5/31 with an estimated delivery date of 6/13.
