I want to set one for Onboard info like MPG average and such but I always get an error. Thoughts?

I'm wondering how some of you are getting specific screens set as buttons. EX: Weather - when I try to save a button on that screen, I get an error telling me that isn't a screen that can be applied to a button. what am I doing wrong?

Not sure about weather, but I know some items need to be paired from the screen before the one actually opening them. For instance, the sport displays can only be paired if you highlight the button you'd press on the screen to open them. Hopefully that makes sense.

We must be about the same age. Of all the sound presets, I have the EXACT same ones.

How do you guys get the Tire pressure preset to work? I have it, but whenever I save, it'll be on the pressure screen, but when I go back to the preset, it comes up to the tire pressure calibrate screen. I have to give the knob a bump to the left to get it to the actual pressure screen. I've been living with it, but would love for it to go directly to the TP screen without the left bump.

The trick is to set the memory button when you are on the screen BEFORE the wanted screen. Go to the screen where you would select Tire Pressure Monitor, BUT don't enter the TPMS screen just yet. Set the memory button there.

That did it. The little hover preview thing says something like "vehicle status", but who cares.....

Thanks for the tip.
