BMW M2 Competition 641M Wheels

I just purchased a set of 641M Wheels from a F80 M3 Owner. It had 255/35/19 wheels all around, I know people put the 641M on the competition but it seems like they are 235 all around. I didn’t think I would have rubbing issues since stock setup is 245/265. Has anyone tried 255 all around and had any rubbing issues?

Also, I thought it was strange the front and rear wheels are different sizes even though they run the same tires from the M3/4. There were two tires that had less tread, I would have figured they were on the back and had more wear but it was the front (8.5 inwheels). I don’t think he knew the wheels were different size and had them flipped.

255/35/19 on staggered 641m will fit w/o issues.

Thanks for the heads up, glad to hear. I know the 641M set for the M2 is supposed to come in 235 all around, it seems kind of small considering the backs are originally 265. Ive heard good things though. Getting a set from an M4 was the most economical option.

The 641M is typically part of a BMW winter tire/wheel package, hence the small width.

For M2C 8.5"/9" 641m comes in 2 packages IIRC:-

235/35/19 all round - suitable for snow chains
F&R 235&255/35/19 - less suitable for snow chains

Sorry for hijacking the thread ... but i have a quick question about the 641M wheels.

I have a 2019 M2 Competition and i just found a local listing for a brand new 641M set but with a slight catch ... all of the 4 wheels are rears ( 9Jx19 29ET - Michelin Pilot Alpin PA4 GRNX XL 235/35 R19 91W ).

Is it going to be ok to run this setup all 4 wheels 9J ET29 ?

Thx !
