This has happened to my M2C 2000 miles and BMW are not interested after all it was only a 60k car

I have owned BMWís for the last 30 years and this might be my last itís a design fault if you ask me but BMW said itís not a manufacturing default so thatís it.

They were more interested in if I bought the car new from a dealer why should this matter

Itís a BMW with Transferable warranty I purchased the car with 1,000 miles and 1 month old but this should not matter

But this is what they wanted to know before they said no This will be my last BMW.

How conmen is this ? I know it is a problem on the M4 GTS and bmw are replacing them under warranty
ALL. THE. TIME.

Maybe someone could come up with a clip on caliper cover which makes the clearance so small that stones cant get in to begin with.

The 2NH brakes are cosmetic upgrades i think.

I was expecting a rock to get stuck between the caliper and wheel, and sure enough it happened to me with less than 3000 miles. Not really a big deal, since you can't really see where the rock scraped when the wheel is on. In addition, 99% of the time the wheel is covered in brake dust anyways it seems.
