Awesome! When I saw the video I thought of checking myself to see if I could move the cable there but haven’t yet. Adding it to the to do list now.

Finally did it yesterday and remembered why I didn’t initially. I saw that it said airbag and was hesitant to even go near it. Much happier now.

Yup, after several mins the power to the outlets is shut off. Others have mentioned as well.

Sorry didn't watch your video but think I did same thing into armrest USB with my A129 Duo Viofo dashcam.

Down A pillar, under trim of passenger footwell, under centre tunnel trim and into armrest compartment (can't see cable from driving position).
