2019 M2C lighting issues

Hi all,

Just bought a 2019 M2C. Yesterday I noticed that my dome lighting and the ambient lighting that lights the shifter area is not working. Additionally, the radio remains white during nighttime hours as opposed to switching over to orange. My maps on the iDrive system also don't seem to switch over to the dark mode as well.

I scanned the car using Bimmerlink and found these codes:

804014
Supply voltage to terminal 30L2 is missing

8041A8
Welcome Light repeat lock active

8041BF
Signal from the rain sensor implausible

804415
ID transmitter (IDG): Battery undervoltage

D90C10
LIN Master F: No communication

D90D29
RLS (LIN slave): Missing LIN slave

D90D37
Interior light unit (ILE): Incorrect variant installed

D90D38
Indoor light unit (ILE): Missing LIN slave

Side note: That same day, I attempted to install a Uniden R3 radar detector with a hardwire kit I had lying around. Installation was fine until the prong had broken on the ground wire. I tried to mate the prong back into the little metal sleeve it was attached to in an effort to get it to work but it would keep coming loose. Radar detector would only turn on intermittently due to the bad connection. Ended up trashing the cable and delaying the installation until a new cable arrives.

Perhaps I shorted something while I was messing around in there? The car was not having these issues the day I bought it. (Which was two days ago) Gladly would appreciate any help with this.

Update: Turns it out was just fuse 28. A 5 amp fuse located in the front fusebox on the passenger side of the car.
