I'm not sure about a car show, but I do know for a fact his casket was an homage to the great 1995 BMW LTW. White with motorsport flags. I would post pictures but I just don't feel right unless I get permission. I also watched the celebration of life live as it was happening and they did celebrate his life indeed. Eric was one of a kind. Not many can match his enthusiasm and passion. Here is a picture Eric took back in July 2021. Eric is on the left, and that's me giving the peace sign. The gentleman on the right also owns an M2 CS
Mike

The peace sign is supposed to have the palm of your hand facing me when you hold the two fingers up in a "V" shape.

In Australia and UK at least, the way you've held up your fingers says "up yours pal"

Lol. Never knew that, and love knowing it now as that subtlety will fly way over the heads of 99% of Americans if I ever feel compelled to use the gesture.

There was a famous incident when George Bush Sr. visited Australia in 1992, came across some protesters and tried to be friendly giving them a peace sign out of his window. Unfortunately he did it back to front and made them very angry as he effectively gave them an up yours sign.

Picking her up after wheels, pads and exhaust. The tips will be changed to a smaller size, the stock Dinan tips are too big...

Sorry for the delay, new pads were a must do for me. Much, much lower dust. I don't track the car so I can't comment on max stopping power. They still stop crazy hard, but don'y have the abrupt initial bite.

100% satisfaction for my needs. It was either this or retrofit carbon ceramic brakes. that would have been about $12k..

The Dinan tips are big, but it looks pretty mean. What tips can you substitute? How do you like the sound?

This will probably be my next mod.

I started a "mini" build with everything I have done to my car. I bought the car to not have to do much at all, however there were a few things that I needed to do. The exhaust was always a must because the stock back box is just terrible to look at. I did custom tips that are more to my liking, I did not like the Dinan tips. See the link above and scroll down a few posts...

It is stock suspension. The tires I am running are a bit taller and the car actually has less wheel gap than it did with the stock cup2's. Look at post #7 there are better pics there. That picture was taken my a fellow member here that was at ACM before I got there just as a teaser. Both he and I are not very good at taking pics.

Just now seeing this thread. There was indeed a car show at Eric's funeral, I was honored to be able to be a part of it. It was the best of bad days. Eric and the EAG crew have been great friends of mine for a very, very long time.

Eric and his crew were fantastic to deal with. The entire transaction was unlike all other automotive purchasing experiences I've ever had.

It took me two months to get to the inspection station. They flagged me to the new car canopy and gave me a new car 4yr sticker even though my car is a 2020. No wait...
