My son tells me MR is selling their kits for that car and others through US dealers now. As if the stock gt2 RS wasn’t already good enough

798 for my girl. Just got her back from paint correction, have appointment next Monday for ppf then we are going on a long adventure.

I stair at her every day in the garage and this weeks been beautiful so far. I'm dying to take her out but in the first 200 miles I had a rock kick up from a passing vehicle and chip the hood

Are you getting the hood fixed? What's the cost?

The dealer covered it because the chips in the a-piller were there when it was delivered and the body shop included the chip in the hood to. And tbh, I didn't get a repair cost for what it would have cost. I might try to see if I can find that out

3400 and one flat tire for me / mostly miles back and forth from Palm Springs and Los Angeles... not the best miles for the Cup 2's - ARGH!

I have a daily too... but just can't seem to leave this car alone :-)

5501mi. This car is so much fun to drive! 👍🏻

Edit: cup2s still look great. I adjust pressure a little in warmer vs cooler weather to keep them very close to optimal 38psi hot pressure as soon as I start driving. 36psi right now and I ran 37 to 38 during winter.

1600 miles so far.. worse thing that has happened is a chip on the windshield - paint still seems flawless, PPF holding up.

Looking to get the courage to install my winglets soon.

My PPF has absolutely saved the front bumper from a number of rock hits. Folks should at minimum get that done. No visible impacts in the PPF elsewhere on the body. I'm sure it's saving the areas behind the wheels.

4,612 miles down. PPF has been a lifesaver on the front and rear haunches for me too. I've had a few rocks kick up on both sides, middle(ish) of the door panels which would've chipped had it not been protected. Also fitted the Zunsports (my radiators have taken a beating) - they fit perfect. This weekend the CS Racing kidney grill mesh goes on (if I can find someone with smaller hands to help unclip). Two tiny chips on the windshield unfortunately - nothing major.

Get out there and DRIVE folks, this car is too good to queen away in the garage!

219 miles on the clock. I was hoping to take her out this weekend but rain is in the forecast. Perhaps Monday if it clears up.

Back in lockdown now due the the delta thing. If it's a sunny day I make up an excuse to do some essential shopping and take out the Z3. That thing is pure open air therapy and just makes you feel like you are escaping modern times. And to add to the misery my garage door mechanism failed and missed smashing the CS's bonnet by seconds. So I was really really really locked down for a while. So I shelled out for the new new B&D thing. Way cheaper than copping a hit to the CS.
