Called TD Ameritrade and they said I have to wait until the new ticker comes out with a Q at the end. This seems counter to their own trading videos as they say technically it is a new stock since common shareholders will most likely get nothing. What if the new ticker symbol has a higher trading price after restructure?

Sent an email to OCC and awaiting their response.

It has been fun learning about trading stocks thanks for those videos RMTT.
Response from OCC. Glad I learned this lesson on the cheap with only 1 contract.

What is going on with TORC today? I am in at $2.20, and set an out alarm at $3.00. The alarm just fired, and it is now at $3.05 (+24.5% just today). Time to jump out before market close, or be greedy and hang on for more?????

FWIW, I just jumped out of TORC at $3.03. Put a profit of $0.83 in the account this week, to buy another new and shiny stock or two again next week.

Even with the XSPA beating, I'm still up about 20% for the month. Believe me, the feeling of winning like that is strange to me.....

I didn't take a position, but did anyone else see the volatilty in RMBL today? Peaked at $28 pre-market, dropped to $18 at open, rallied to $24, dropped to $17.50, rallied to $36. Craziness... I don't have the nerves for that type of action.

I also hopped out with a nice 30% gain on TORC, I'll take it.

I see the offering as a positive sign that management feels like the company will be successful. Just my opinion.

I read this as an exercise of the warrants. These warrants were already issued in June. If they are exercising the warrants, that is an amazing sign. Exercising at $5-6 when the stock is barely $3 tells me that MAJOR PR is coming and these investors know it. I'm a reading this incorrectly?

why would investors buy a sub-$3 item for $5+?

There could be multiple reasons.

Number one, they want to secure the shares before the price increases dramatically.

Number two, they want to make sure that they're funding the company because they obviously have a pretty large stake in the company and want to ensure their success.

Number three, they expect the stock to run pretty hard and fast and want to be able to secure their shares soon as there's usually a restriction in the timeframe in which they can trade. So the earlier they exercise the warrants, the earlier they can trade the shares.

Maybe, but idiots usually don't throw around $40 million on a "spa" company.

Of course, I'll be kicking myself if it takes off at 2:00 PM.....
Someone please shoot me in the head! AIKI surged to a peak of $1.39 this morning, and has fallen back to "only" $1.15 as I type this.....

That's always what happens. I sold some at $1 but still holding on to some. Would have sold at 1.39 but I missed it. Might go back up this afternoon, we shall see.

My sell order for the remainder of my TNXP triggered today so I'm all out of that finally.

Oy, should have stayed a little longer. Oh well, I only had 2k shares, focusing on KTOV and NLST

KTOV? What do you expect it to go up to?
