M2C (2NH) Brake Pad Change

I've read that the M2C calipers (2NH) are the same as the F10 M5 and the M3/M4 CCB.

F10 CALIPER
The newtis manual for the F10 that shows that to remove the caliper, the 2 nuts on studs are to be removed, and the caliper slides out.

F80 CCB CALIPER
However, the newtis manual for the F80 CCB shows that to remove the caliper, the 2 bolts on the inside / hub section of the caliper are to be removed instead.

Also, instead of the 2 nuts on studs, there are what appears to be hex screws which are not to be removed.

https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/f...kes/1VnXuUMXEx

the 2 screws labelled as #1 are not to be removed

the 2 bolts labelled as #1 are to be removed

QUESTION
Looking at my calipers, I see they are the same as the F80 CCB - there are 2 hex screws, and not 2 nuts like the F10.

Can someone confirm that the caliper removal procedure on the M2C 2NH is the same as the F80 CCB?

Thanks!

I agree. I took mine off. Bolts (#1) in last picture are to be removed and the caliper slides right off. It's heavy so have something to lay it on so it doesn't put stress on the brake hose.

Is it a time consuming procedure? Changing the pads on the blue calipers is extremely easy and fast...

Very easy. I took mine off because I was swapping out to coilovers.

6 Pot definitely takes longer. The 4 pot only has two pins to remove.
