Boost leak test tools? 520whp only!?

Anyone have the tool recommendations to test for a boost leak? What's most effective, who's recently got the tools. Links?

- Smoke method through the intake?
- Pressure test on the dual intake system?

Reason: M2C S55 stock turbo meth on Jpipe tune only pushing 520whp with JordanTuned bootmod3. Note, I do have the secondary cats. I feel I'm missing power.

What were the stock numbers on that particular dyno?
