Installing AA EL Midpipe First Before Remus Exhaust?

I recently ordered an AA EL midpipe + Remus sport exhaust combo. I just received my shipment of the AA EL midpipe, but likely won't receive shipment of the Remus until the end of the year... I don't want to have the midpipe just sitting there uninstalled for two months, so wanted to get the forum's thoughts on whether it would be feasible to install the AA midpipe now (connecting to stock downpipe and muffler) and then install the Remus later when I get it?

I guess my concern was more about the hassle of installation. Did your shop have to cut/weld anything in order to line it up with the stock muffler? I dont want to have to cut/weld if I’m going to have to do it again once I receive the Remus. Seems that could result in misalignment or exhaust leaks later on.

install it now and enjoy ... once the rest of the exhaust is delivered you can add it then.
