Yup exactly, we just don't have any off the shelf policies for that and that means paying big bucks to get one as the risk pool is smaller.

I wish trackday orgs would organise something but I am sure they also see it as prohibitive since most cars on track are only worth 10-30k euros.

For the US....
It is my understanding that Hagerty offers seasonal track day insurance but it requires pre-planning to list all the specific events.

Lockton has also been recommended to me but it looks like they only offer single event insurance. But they have been less than Hagerty.
I believe both are priced based on location, estimated value, liability amount, and deductible.
