For the US....
It is my understanding that Hagerty offers seasonal track day insurance but it requires pre-planning to list all the specific events. Lockton has also been recommended to me but it looks like they only offer single event insurance. But they have been less than Hagerty. I believe both are priced based on location, estimated value, liability amount, and deductible.
