Should I concern this dent in exhaust muffler?

Hello bimmers!
I recently got a good deal from a dealer selling this Milltek equal length system - however I was notified that there's a dent on it, does anyone know what would be the impact of this dent? such as power, sound, safety?

Thanks a lot!

I don't know this system well, but just check where that mounts and whether or not it is intentionally dented for clearance. If not, then send it back. It won't make a difference on safety/performance but it's shitty behaviour from the seller.
