Post Self made Carbon Fibre Lip

Hi guys!

One of my hobbies is sculpting, so I made a dream come true and made my own design of a lip for my car.

Today I want to share some pics of my carbon fibre lip for M2 Competition. It has air paths and sits on perfectly. I have also made two of them, one is out of normal twill, other one is out of forged carbon. I wanted it to be both practical and stylish, as for me I have achieved these two points. I have already driven 300 kmph and it stays perfectly on place because I have screwed it into the same holes BMW has on all bumpers.

What do you think about it? any criticism is good for me, I am a beginner.

Nice work! I prefer the normal twill but both look good. IMO, it might stick out a little too far but that is hard to tell from the pic and, of course, personnel preference!

Yeah, the 2x2 twill looks better among the two. The thing is I did not know which forged carbon to get, and this one was not as a good as the other one I am waiting to receive. It will look fantastic It is this one https://prnt.sc/173wg3g

Yeah, I wanted it to be so massive

My personal preference is to have lips going for the entire length of the bumper. A matter of taste.

That being said, mad props for the work you did. Quality wise they both look amazing!

Would you ever consider doing a few more if there were a group that'd all pool in some cash?

This looks strikingly similar to the RKP M2C lip. Inspiration?

Wow, it really does! May be I have seen RKP somewhere in instagram and forgot about that and got inspired... but it is funny Anyways it is a bit different, has my personal touch so even if they are similar, it is okay with me

Looks awesome! I love lips that complete the entree line of the front bumper fully, but don't wrap around the sides (if that makes sense) but it looks amazing. Great stuff.

Would you be interested in making a custom front lip for my OG M2?
