You can leave them on ground under car. just push them together, and you can drive right over them. When you need them, just pull them out with the attached handles.

Is there really enough clearance under the M2 to drive over them?

Yes, the collapsed height is only 3 inches.

You could use a bicycle pump if needed. You only need to fill air cylinders once to 45-50 PSI.

But if your car is soaking wet from a downpour, you may not want to have the dripping water on the lift.

Got my 5000SLX 2 weeks ago. How are you guys protecting the bottom coz the powdercoating all scratched up now from dragging it. Exposing bare metal.

Did my first oil change and 6MT's fluid.

I'm looking to invest in a Quickjack but wanted to check on the use. I can use it in my garage to change tires and oil but also want to use it on the drive way to clean the under carriage… my drive way has a slight slope of 2-3% so was wondering if that would be an issue?

Where's the best place to get one for a decent price? Which model is the recommended buy?

The most consistent savings I've seen is from Costco. Usually it's a $300 discount with shipping included, down from $1599 for the 5000TL which is perfect for our cars. Just keep an eye out for the sale.

and u don't have a garage that's likely flat? I doubt you'll get an answer here w/ that 3% sloping concern. My garage has a sloping portion but I only get to use a portion of it w/ not much issue.

I don't think you're going to find documentation supporting usage on a slope. Do ppl use it on a slope, sure. So you could conceivably use it on 3% and be fine, but I personally wouldnt.

QJ FAQs (see #8 ) say >3deg slope is unsafe.

3% is less than 3° so I guess you’re good.
