Been texting with a DabBM whose number is (440) 941-7575 today. He reached out to me via the forums when he saw me post my interest in a set of M2C/CS rear calipers. Luckily someone posted on that thread about him, so today my goal was to try and get more information. He did share pictures of the calipers and of a blue M2 CS. He also went from $800 shipped to $221 now (shipping cost) and the rest after delivery. This was tempting.

Via Zelle or something called Cashapp that I had never heard of until today. This is a red flag. Then I asked him for a pic of his drivers license and he got defensive, asking me if I was interrogating him. I said no, it was just me getting some confidence before sending him $221 via Zelle since it does not give me any protection. He did mention he has a Chase Bank account.

He mentioned his drivers license is in his car and he will get me a picture in 20 mins. This is where the conversation stopped for now. If he gets a valid DL, maybe there is more to him; if he does not get back to me, well, then I'm not buying anything, am I :beer:

He gave me that chase account and routing data. I forwarded it along to my friend who works for the FBI.

He’s FOS as I’ve had a few different convos with him via different cell numbers. He uses the same scam all the time. He’s a total thief. Nothing he says is real.
