Could be...but it's only the very top horizontal piece--as its all modular--that just sits on jack pad. Once up then one adds the side pieces in to the height you wish. Still, the jack has to be really a low baby to slip under, with the silver bar on top then touch the jack pad on underside of car. Expensive, though it does seem to answer the irritating issue of using the jack from the side and then trying to use the stands.

You most likely will need to carry around some 2x6's to the track or keep them in the garage at home to drive the car onto to get both the jack and the upper bar under the car.
