On F8X the caster and camber are adjusted with the arms themselves, we do not need shims.

I think Porsches use shims for camber adjustment.

In your opinion can the m2 CSR wheels fit with 3deg/2deg f/r camber and a 20mm spacer up front? Seems you've got full kinematics and different knuckles

Would like these wheels for my car

Have you thought of fabricating the GTS knuckle? I think there would be decent interest from members at the right price.

I've thought about it many times, but we should make a group to make sure I don't end up with 20 knunckles rotting on the shelf

With the doors I would lose + - 50kg, but as I am not going to mount a roll cage then they are ruled out.
I don't know who tyspeeds is

I remember one time you mentioned the GTS knuckles in comparison to the Strom uprights in the E92 M3 board. Just wanted to refresh this - what benefits do the GTS knuckles bring and how involved of a process is it to move to it (i.e. what else is needed?).

As for carbon doors, Carbon Microsystems sells E92 carbon doors with OEM crash bars installed, and Karbonius as well. Not sure if it'll be something I explore on a street driven car, but there is some semblance of safety in mind there...

Can use rims with more ET without spacers, 2 attachment points, it mounts deeper on the shock (this gives some rigidity) and I think they have some toe correction.

interesting that someone makes cf doors with oem reinforcements.

If I had to convert the car into a racecar, there would be no problem in removing more weight, but since it is a car that is used on the street I like to keep it as discreet as possible.

Interesting, I remember you installed it on your customer's E92 as well, right? But I remember you might have mentioned it was in order to run the M4 GT4 18x11 wheels.

The "toe correction" (bump steer correction?) is interesting, I run these (https://cmpautoengineering.com/colle...43584601555138) in the front of my car (as well as subframe raising bushes in the rear), but maybe down the line it would be better to run something more alike OEM.

On e92 i mounted the knuckles of non gts m4.
I had read something about the toe correction in the past with gts knuckles, F8X generally does not have bad bumpsteer.

A front bumper like this and the work would be finished.

Have you measured stock vs modified roll center and roll moment?

I think that splitter is perfect for street use, I don't like GT4/Bimmerworld type, that looks like a snowplow...
