I think it hit the port on 20th? So it will have been 2 weeks from Port to collection... 2 very long weeks!

Mine is still at port awaiting the compliance process, arrived on the 27th. BMW incorrectly sent a VIN batch file to NEVDIS without VFACTS data and that is delaying the process. Hope they fix it soon...

Hello All, I am New here just join today,(but been on here reading posted for the last 6 months) Congratulations to all who have ordered a M2 Comp I was one of them but unfortunately I had to Cancel my order, Before then I was too excited and ordered a Custom number Plate, So if any one is Keen please PM me for more information, it's for NSW Rego. Plate is M2COM It's on White and Black NSW Plates.

Guessing you're aware the custom plates can't be transferred/sold unless affixed to a selling car. Otherwise anyone else wanting them will have to wait for you to return the plates and stump up another lot of fees

Think the rules has changed, I don't have the Plates. It's on hold at the RMS only can get them when they get registered on a car. This Rules are in NSW not to sure about the other states.

In Victoria, I ordered the plates off of VPlates - they arrived (at my house) a couple of weeks after I ordered them. I handed them to the dealer as part of the registration process ... and I'm pretty sure that should I sell my M2, I can take the plates off and sell them separately.

I've seen heaps of ads on CarSales that state that the plates are not included, so clearly keeping/selling number plates is a time honoured tradition.

Edit: Just saw your's was at Port Kembla, mine's at Melbourne. You'd think I'd hear something by now. Ugh. The waiting is killing me. Also that and I have a rental car which is like driving a land yacht.

No I put a Deposit end of Last year $1000 and Pulled out in July this when they release the Price of M2C, My circumstances has changed so I had to cancel

So one lucky Person would of got a Nice Alpine White M2 COMP with Black/Blue Seats Carbon Trim Black Alloys, SunRoof Wireless Charging and Heating Seats ordered from North Shore BMW.

Most custom plates may as well read “KEY ME”.
There’s an art to them. Make them clever enough that morons don’t understand them. Much like words with more than two syllables.
