My last tank was 13.4mpg, tank before that was 12.2mpg, and the two tanks before those were 20.2mpg for both.
Last two tanks were so low because it's 100% city driving. The two 20mpg tanks were freeway driving, at least the large portion of it. I really wish the gas tank was bigger, I hate having to get gas all the time. Well, that's not the main reason, but there's a huge disparity in price/gallon for me between the local economy and where I usually fill up ($6.75 vs $3.50) so I have to time all my tanks, especially if I'm going on a long drive over the weekend, so sometimes I'm putting in 3 gallons just to make sure I don't run out. Otherwise I'm stuck filling up on the economy at... $6.75. Anywho, the other issue is my daily commute is rather short, roundtrip is 25km, so the short trips really kill it....

In saying that, it would have been nice to have about 10/15 litres bigger. Annoying when you want to drive and you spend half you’re time stopping for fuel. Have shit mileage at least have a slightly bigger fuel tank to get a Slightly higher range |

I'm getting 17 mpg (US) at best. Suburban and back road driving, short rides/stints, and always having fun (not redlining)

6MT M2C on 93AKI/98RON so YMMV based on if you listen to the car's shift recommendations, which is shifting into 6th whenever possible.
I've been getting between 18 & 21 mpg, both mixed city and highway (40/60). I have to fill up between 250-280 mi of driving, so maybe about once a week. Edit/Clarification: US MPG |

I'm getting between 21 - 22 mpg in mixed driving (city/highway, hard/soft) calculated the old fashioned way. In car display indicates about 1 mpg more. Too bad the computer can't be more accurate. As others have said, one doesn't buy this car to worry about mpg.

6 MT here. I use 93 octane and drive in sport mode. I average 19-20 MPG per the car's display. Mix of some highway, country sprints and traffic. IMO I think this is very good for what the car is and how I drive it.
I was just giving my SO a hard time that my car gets better gas mileage than her new Volvo X60.

After 4000 miles, I'm at 20 mpg or 10.5 l/100 km. Really it's the small fuel tank that makes it seem horrible. Best tank was 22.3 MPG. I see 26-27 on highway trips (the ones where I don't drive like an idiot...)

I have gotten 20.8 or so on all my s55 cars. I skip shift 1-2-6 in the m2 quite often though.

21 mpg here. All city driving. MT, mostly sport+ throttle. I let the car warm up in sport mode (the car seems to warm up more quickly in efficient or sport mode vs. sport+) and then switch to sport+. I redline it about once per drive in an area near my home that is twisty and has no traffic.
For comparison, my Z4M coupe gets 18 mpg and my E39 M5 gets 14-15 mpg doing the same type of driving.

Over 9000 klms now - I am getting 11.53 ltrs/100klms or 24.61 mpg (imperial gallon) - all on 98 RON - mostly light traffic city. Mine is an MT6. Mostly in Efficiency. Ave speed over that time <40 klm hr. Typically low 20's mpg to high 20's. Tank is too small as I struggle to get to mid 400 klms before needing to refill.

Gas Mileage for manual M2C
So far I'm averaging 17.5 mpg at 3K miles. Same driving style in my M4 DCT and averaging 19.5. Of course in the M4 I almost never take off in first gear and having an extra gear may help some, but I'm between 2nd and 6th gears 99% of the time. In the M2C I'm in 3rd gear 75% of the time. As noted by many the transition from 1st to 2nd is less than pleasurable.
