I have put about 50 km on them so far ...A bit hard ...and have not tried them on a warm day yet so I cannot give it a fair review. Once it warms up some I think they will softened up.

With the car coming stock with Michelin's, everything below that is going to be subpar I think.

i'm also running the indy 500s at the moment.

i like them but im also considering re71-r's next or maybe some Toyos if the budget allows

How do you like the KW's over stock so far?

I am really enjoying them so far. Not to bouncy at low speeds and absorb bumps smoothly at high speeds , no drastic bangs.

It's better then stock IMO.
