Titan 7 M2C Wheels and Ohlins

I have a set of Titan7 TS-5 wheels (M2C specific) going on the car this week (2020 F87 M2C S55) and the front clearance is VERY close to the strut in the front.

Does anyone have these wheels mounted AND have Ohlins installed? If so:

Did you have to use a spacer in the front to clear the Ohlins install?
If so, what size?
If so, did you also add longer lugs or go to a lug kit (what length?)
Did you also use a camber plate setup from anyone?

TITAN 7 TS-5 SPECS:

19x9.5 ET27 Front w/265/30/19 Pilot Sport
19x10.5 ET44 Rear w/295/30/19 Pilot Sport

Just being a little paranoid...

I can't answer your question but that setup sounds awesome. Which springs did you go with on the ohlins?

Considering the apex wheels are the same offsets (within a 1mm) you will probably need a 5mm spacer to clear.

Nice combo though

I have trusted Ohlins since the 70's (motorcycle applications), so I am going to go with their recommendation. They haven't let me down yet.

I can always change springs later.

EXCELLENT information, thank you. Now I have to add spacers, a lug kit and camber plates to my order. It's always something...

I just installed my set today with M performance suspension and ps4s and no rub with 265/30 front and 295/30 rear. It’s close. Very close but has about 2mm clearance. Absolutely love the wheels!

Unfortunately one of the rear tires is not holding air and tire rack is sending another out so I have the stock wheels on the rear until Thursday.

I went with a 20 in the rear and 19 in the front. It looks so nasty. I’ll def post a pic when they’re done.

I am very interested in these wheels as well. I am lowered on M Performance coilovers, and currently have 10mm spacers with the stock wheels/tires.

I was running 12mm spacers with the stock wheels and the fitmemt with the Titan wheels is almost the same. Probaby akin to 10mm spacers as they are slightly less aggressive in the rear then my last set up. Pleasantly surprised by how concave they are in person compared to pics as well.

Thanks! Honestly I’m kind of regretting not going black on the wheels. These are actually more of a PITA to clean then 788s. Lots of squared off nooks and crannies. I’ll probably have them powder coated next year or whenever I get bored.

Looks terrible Peter. Just joking. Fantastic job! The wheels look great in that color. Just buy some Autozone brake dust spray.

Wow! Perfect! Was it difficult to get the bmw center caps? Did you try ceramic coating the wheels to help with the cleaning process? They look amazing!
