My plan was to powder coat mines too because i meant to order the black not silver. But i actually love how the silver look so leaving it stock. I also love how the 788s look now... at first my plan was to switch to the og m2s, but the multi spoke is actually sexy af

Any regrets or issues you've had so far? (PITA to maintain?) I've never had black wheels before.

Would you have any more pics to share? preferably when the wheels are dirty.

No issues whatsoever. I've had black wheels on every vehicle I've owned over the past 15 years.

Have the smoked / black OEM versions - thinking of polishing the faces and leaving the black - would love to see more modified 788s!

Subscribing to see more ideas. Also considering to give mine a silver/hypersilver as I'm not a fan of black wheels nor the polished stock look.

THIS ^

C5 has made the 788's a bit easier to maintain for me. I'm also using C2v3 as well now. Dust doesn't accumulate quite as fast it seems, and water removes 99% of all the dust.
