I dont know if you saw this website or not. It says dme reset is needed. My best guess is that your tune isn't raising the default max tq number and you're exceeding the factory permitted level. I would contact your tuner or tune provider.

My dme was bricked but repaired with success and I flashed it to stock, reset adaptions and I'm still getting the same issues smh

They asked me to screen shot a picture of any dme codes and send a debug file, but nothing from them after that

Late update, but better late then never. I went to bmw and put their software back on and solved the issue, car is back to normal, thanks
