Very subtle, put just enough to remove some wheel gap and make the ride a little stiffer. I will be tracking it next year. Can't wait to see how it handles.

I started on 12/10 H&R, moved to 15/15 H&R, and just moved again onto 15/15 KW HAS.
Don't have photo's of the newest set up yet because the springs need to settle and then i can re adjust height.
Here are some photos for comparison if it helps anyone.

KW HAS 10mm all around (not my car)

H&R 12mm front 10mm rear (fairly new, may not have been be fully settled)

H&R 15mm all around (fully settled)

I can report no rubbing or bottoming out with any of my set ups but YMMV. Alignment is key. Tire brands probably matter as well because of side wall profile and thickness. I have contis.

How's the ride with the H&R springs? Notice any additional harshness?

H&R are 30mm F & 20mm R & when spaced 10mm in front the tire will contact the inner fender well and the nub that connects the fender to bumper under hard braking and bump compression.

No creaking on my car. And I have done a few track days also.

This might be a long shot but its possible they probably weren't installed correctly. Take a look at this thread for an idea. It's referring to the M3/M4 but similar concept:

I find the ride perfect with the H&R springs. Very good option from a price/quality perspective.

Can you explain what you mean by perfect ride? Can you compare it to stock?

I was under the impression that merely doing springs would kill the struts on this car.

Agreed. Tons of F80 folks have had their struts destroyed using H&R springs as well

Not to mention that the ride quality gets worse and worse, with some reporting terrible results even after just 10,000 miles. It's one of the reasons I haven't bought springs for this car, as I can't find a set that won't kill the suspension over time. Not that I mind killing the stock suspension, I'm sure I could pick up a low-mileage replacement set in the classifieds for a good price, but I'm not that partial to the stock suspension anyway.

Seems to me the way to do it is to get a good set of coil-over's right off the bat and save future headaches.

Lowers the center of gravity (you can definitely feel it). Also, you feel less body roll on the track. May be a little stiffer than stock but that's the price to pay for a stiffer/lower ride. And for looks, definitely looks better.

That's still very low amount of usage. Fairly less than the the yearly mileage that the average person drives, according to US highway stats
