Competition Gold finish

Found these pics on another thread. Wanted to add them here, in case folks are looking here for more info on RF wheels (like I was looking.) RF's site does not have very good pics that show these wheels off - this guy really took some nice shots.

265/35 most likely will rub unless you heat up the inner wheel liner and bend it out of the way. I second the recommendations from other members to go with 265/30 285/30. No rubbing but you will incur a fender gap penalty of 5mm up front and 7mm in the rear if you leave it at stock suspension height.

your gonna have to really love fender gap of your car is at stock height. the 265/35 rubbed slightly with re-71r which run wider.
What the excitement on such a short tire (285/30) @stock height?
285/35 is over and inch taller fills the wheel gap perfectedly no rub.

I think you need to take into consideration the change in offset, and the fact the 30 series will fit the wider 10.5" width better.

We also need to confirm the actual specs of the Michelin 30 tires.

Of course lowering the car may enhance the look

OG M2 I wanted to buy a set of GT4 F 19x9.5 +22 R 19x10.5 +44. I just bought new tires and was wondering if they’d be too much of a stretch 245/35/19 and 265/35/19 Super Sports. I’m also lowered on KW HAS, will I be able to run this setup without spacers? Thanks

It's not too much of a stretch. A lot of guys run the stock size tires on the FI-R's because of their offset and rubbing issues, so it'll work without issue.

Your car being lowered doesn't change anything with regards to the tires fitting, so no worries there.

Hi All I'm waiting for my RF GT4's to be delivered and was wondering what size rubber to put on them? Stock car not lowered, I was thinking about Michelin PS4S, 265/35/19 front and 295/35/19 rear but don't want any rubbing. Will these sizes work?

255/35 & 275/35 is a known fitment and common upgrade

265/30 & 285/30 or 295/30 are options but will increase wheel gap, so if you don’t plan to drop you might want to consider that. Michelin is releasing the 285 size in US in a month or so.

I think your /35’s are too aggressive from my initial research.

I am at 5 weeks, no wheels yet. I am expecting 8-10 weeks... besides, Michelin PS4S won't be available until late April so no biggie. But damn I want my wheels. LOL

Hey guys, does anyone have any pictures of HS with the Satin Titanium, Brushed Tinted Bronze, or Brushed Tinted Black?

In my opinion black is the best color for HS, but it would be nice to see something different.
