Post a pic of your bike or a picture from your last ride!

With Covid 19 I notice lots more people out and about and my bike shop told me they're business is booming. I did some searching and couldn't find any thread so thought I'd ask.

Here's a couple pics from my solo ride today in Saratoga, California.

What type of bike do you like to ride?

My wife and I ride paved county (low traffic) roads in central Indiana. We both ride Cannondales. Hers is a Quick 5 and mine is a Trail SL 3. Great bikes, no complaints. It's a slight stretch to say we are intermediate level cyclists, maybe very advanced beginners.

I was in Wal Mart last week to get a replacement tube, and the bike department looked like a hurricane had gone through. Almost all (kids') bikes were gone and the accessories shelves were 75% empty.

Enduro and Levo

All trails around Orange County. Actually live a stones throw away from Aliso Woods Park. Just get on my bike and pedal over.

I have my dad's old yellow Trek. It was probably revolutionary-lite at the time. I can actually easily lift, control, and hang it upside down from hooks in my shed

Trek Domane SL7 for when the roads are clean and dry.

Heavily modded Trek Crossrip 1 for when the roads aren't clean and dry.

Trek 1.1 permanently mounted on my Wahoo Kickr trainer setup in the pain cave.

@dcpatters

Love the X wing enduro. A true all mountain bike. Hopefully we see a spiritual successor of it. The new enduro is just too much bike for me

We share the same opinion. I was intrigued when I read about the latest Enduro; but for me, it's a little over the top.

I recently swapped out the Specialized Command Post dropper for a RockShox Reverb C1. So much better.

My 2008 Specialized Epic Expert Carbon. I can't believe its that old. I also have my original Mountain bike from the late 90's. It's a GT Avalanche LE with Spin wheels.

Thanks Wolf. Do you recommend a brand or model? I’m not familiar with pedal options.

Your budget will dictate how fancy you wanna go.
Not sure what your riding style is, but having a nice solid feel under your foot makes a difference, even if you're just cruising around. Any flat pedal will be an improvement over those stock ones.

I personally got Wellgo BO87U Flat Pinned Platform. Someone was selling a set for dirt cheap and i couldn't pass on it. They have been holding up amazing so far.

Maybe goj can comment what he has on his bike. You can see it in the first post on his bike.
