Free Quasi-Monroney sticker for your M2

This is pretty cool. This site produces exact Monroney copies, and it's free. It's hit or miss sometimes - but was able to pull my '21's Monroney and it just got on the boat. It's not cosmetically identical to a current BMW sticker, but it's close. For my VW, it is 100% identical to the original, right down to the sold-to dealer's proper info etc. Give it a shot..

I tried a few times for my M240i and it seems to just load indefinitely based off my VIN. Does anyone know if this is just for M cars? I tried my phone and laptop.

Same for my 2019 X5 50i M Sport. I wonder if it’s email harvesting spam.

It doesn't work on my 2019 M2C.

It's not just for M cars, but it's quite finicky with what works and what doesn't. If you're left with a spinning thing, it's not gonna work.

I'm quite confident it's not just there harvesting email addresses. I've seen posts elsewhere from the guy who owns/runs the site. He's legit.

Bookmark it and check back periodically. If your car doesn't work today, it might tomorrow, based on my experience. Anything older than about 2016 hasn't worked yet for me. But my M2c, my Golf R, and the wife's '18 Kia Soul all produce perfect results.

Yup, I tried with another car and even though its says it sent me an email, I got nothing

It just worked for my 2020 M2C. I had tried earlier with no success, but this time it worked. This time I used all capital letters. I doubt that actually helped, but I don't know for sure.

The link was sent to my gmail inbox, not spam.

Hey guys - I built the tool you're referencing and a few notes:

1. The tool is built on top of a WIX.com site. It was meant as an interesting blog post, but WIX does a very poor job for handling the qty of traffic the site is getting so the tool is really intermittent right now for consumers. A new solution is coming shortly that hopefully stops the "spinning wheel" bugs.

2. BMW Stickers are available for 2019+ only vehicles, there's a different system pre 2019 we're still working to get access to.

3. We made the tool free for consumers in hopes of being able to promote some paid products to offset our own costs (financing referrals, insurance quotes, or other related products not a shamwow).

The tool has been severely abused by dealerships and insurance companies hoping to do "bulk appraisals" and so we experimented with both SMS walls and email walls so we can selectively shut down users. That's the reason for email requirement.

We've also moved the most expensive stickers behind a paywall (so certain makes/models are not available free to consumer anymore).
