Stage 2 ECUTEK TUNE

After 2 full days and 800 miles of back and forth (long story) all Ecutek's fault I'm happy with the results.
The car pulls everywhere in any gear and is traction limited even in 3rd gear with the 265's.

Car should me making about 520-530 WHP.

Will get a dyno done in the next few months.

Still trying to get the burbles completely deleted, and the throttle is wicked sensitive in Sport + even at tip in...

I'll measure peak boost and other stuff from my AK Motion over the weekend..

It is worth the hassle to have the DME back dated and flashed.

Mods for Stage 2: Wagner 200 Cel Euro DP's, AA Midpipe, Dry Air filters with Charcoal delete, IC Pipes, 1 Step Colder Plugs and most importantly the CBC insurance...

My tuner disabled the burbles on the first calibration with no issue and adjusted my S+ throttle and made it way better. Ecutek is the way

Did you use BendCalibration? Or who is your tuner? I'm also leaning toward EcuTek

Bend Calibration; they've been tuning my cars for a very long time. Calibration is dialed perfectly to my personal preferences.

Do they retain all factory safety measures and does your tune cut power/boost if an issue comes up?

100% yes. My tuner also doesn't raise the torque targets to the max setting, sets everything up like a factory car, with better than factory driveability.

For another example, I have 4 different maps and one of them is a track map. The track map pulls power sooner and quicker as AIT's rise to keep things more tame. Also the track map has a lower target torque since I don't want to run my 575whp tune on the road course. Can have valet, street, track, drag maps setup with ease and map switching from the steering wheel.

197 miles to KC. Almost the exact distance I drove to have my bench unlock and tune installed.

I saw fusion works but they only list Subaru/Toyota. I don't really want to work with a tuner who isn't very experienced with the N55. Same deal with JB autosports.

My tuner did this all remotely. He's up in Oregon and I'm in Socal.

I also recorded MAX Boost on my AK Motion Display at 23.8 lbs...

I really, really need the 295's on the rear now :-)

My estimate on Curb weight and 1/2 tank of gas is about 3375 lbs before my 200 lb sits in the car.

Rear seat delete, 15 lb Anti Gravity Lithium Battery, Essex BBK and 18 " rims and exhaust mods get me there.

Last mods in a year or 2 will be fixed back 15 lb seats and a some nice Schroth 5 points...

Sorry, misread. Which battery are you planning to use?

I’m at 3355 with a quarter tank. Rear seats are out, 18” wheels with 255/35 and 275/35 tires.
