It's just the good timing of the sunset. Only time it doesn't look white in photos

Antibiotics only kill bacteria, they do absolutely nothing to treat viruses. In fact the overuse of antibiotics has led to a whole other emerging problem of antimicrobial resistant bacteria, so using less antibiotics when they're not needed is a good thing. You'll see people being giving antibiotics when they have a viral infection, but that's only to treat/prevent a secondary bacterial infection. Not all antibiotics are the same, there are multiple types of antibiotics that treat many different types of bacteria, but have no effect on others.

lol, I actually don't know how much crispier it is. I haven't ate chicken like this in years. Most of the stuff on my grocery list was out of stock and it was something quick I picked up cause I wanted to get out of Walmart ASAP.
I'm realizing now I might die from starvation. I try to buy healthier food and was blindsided that most of it was gone in the store. So I'm gonna have to rethink my grocery list and start eating junk food. It's either protect my immune system with healthy food or die from starvation not knowing what to eat when the healthy food is gone. |

Maybe, but pretty much global stay at home = less driving. Less driving = less fuel demand. Less fuel demand = high fuel supply build up. High fuel supply and low fuel demand = low fuel prices.

Sure, they've controlled the price forever, but eventually demand and supply economics catch up, like now. Even now, the price at the pump should be a lot lower given the price of crude, but its not. The price at the pump has only dropped 10% around here, but when the demand picks up again, I'm sure we'll see a 30% hike.

Went for a quick drive down the coast. Was pretty shocked how many people were at the beach. In fact, there was an electronic traffic sign that said “Beach closed, practice social distancing” with about 50 people next to it.

Outside of complaining about my mayor... I think it's dumb stores run on limited hours. It ends up crowding the stores more during the hours they are open, exposing more people to infection risk. |

We've been under stay at home orders here in Colorado for 3 days now. Under the rules of the order it makes it pretty clear that you are only supposed to drive to work or to get necessities, like groceries, medication, etc. So thus far I haven't gone on any therapy rides on my favorite roads to comply and to try to set the right example. It seems like I'm in the minority though. Yesterday we watched nearly every neighbor next to us coming and going throughout the day. Often with their entire families, coming back with gas station soda cups or Starbucks, or from the dog park, and never with anything that looked like supplies.
My wife made a Costco run the other evening that should sustain us for nearly a month. While she was out she said the grocery stores were dead, yet the roads were packed and fast food restaurants were slammed. Haha. We're so screwed. In truth I would really like our lockdown to end by summer for selfish reasons: so I can buy my next fun car and actually get to enjoy it this year

Here in the Brooklyn, NYC, I was driving by the park on Friday and it was business as usual; people was running, jogging, picnicking, with the NYPD cruiser not to far away, with their lights on, while everyone ignore them.
I don't see the point of keeping people out of work, if they're still going to allow others to move freely. Some states are pulling this off more half-ass than others, making a "lockdown" moot.. But I digress.. |
