M2c seats Dakota Leather

Ok, so i've had the car for few weeks and been on some spirited runs.

One issue I'm running into constantly is the seats or lack of grip from the Dakota leather.

I don't plan to track the vehicle regularly and it is my daily driver so short of changing them out for recaros, is there a way to add some type of alcantara material temporarily to the seat base?

I remember a Rennlist thread where an owner changed the car seat of the 18 ways easily by using automotive fabric but cannot locate that thread now.

Will appreciate some advise.
