Hey guys, I am fascinated with the black 763M rims. Any idea who has the best price on them? Thanks!

I got my frozen gold 763m from getbmwparts.com a couple years ago, but I'm local to them, so I'm not sure how shipping would be from you. I looked at another dealer, it might have been bmwdiscountparts.com I believe they are in CA, so might be a better option for you.

Hey guys, I just wanted to double check to see if these are the correct fitting rims for a 2020 M2.

https://www.getbmwparts.com/oem-part...29-36118053421

https://www.getbmwparts.com/oem-part...40-36118053422

I don't need any spacers or anything else, correct? OEM fitment? Thanks!

Those are the correct PNs and no spacers needed. They’re stock fitments like the 788s.

Did you know there are two different versions? These ones have M Performance embossed into the rim. The M2 CS version don't have that. Same dimensions though.

I thought the difference was that CS version are Jet Black whereas the M Performance version are Matte Black. I've been eyeing them too, but finding it difficult to drop the cash.

Hey guys, since my Michelin Pilot Sports have plenty of tread wear left, would the stock tires from the 788 rims fit on the 768 rims? I am 99% certain they will fit but wanted to defer to the experts!

I Just got my Matte black 763's from brit@bmwpartspros.com in Feb. Flawless and easy -no tax and free shipping.

They inspect everything for damage before it goes out btw.

36-11-8-053-421 BMW M PERFORMANCE 763M IN MATTE BLACK WHEEL - FRONT
36-11-8-053-422 BMW M PERFORMANCE 763M IN MATTE BLACK WHEEL - REAR

I believe - If you get the Jet Black M2CS 763's, they do not say M- Performance on them. (can someone verify this).

Matte black look fantastic with MP4S on them.

Yes, the 763 wheels are identical in width and offset to the stock 788 wheels.

Yes, that's correct. I've seen both black and gold CS wheels in person, and they do not have the M-performance stamped into them. They also have a slightly cheaper MSRP.

A while back someone posted that he used a polishing compound on the 763 wheels to which i thought gave it a nice finish compared to the matte finish. Closer to the gloss finish of the M2 CS wheels which i prefer and did myself and happy...

Dang, another option to ponder. Matte black or glossy black?

One other wheel option to consider is the new forged VS-5RS from Apex. From an engineering standpoint, I'm very impressed with what they've done on this new wheel design. It has a similar style to the 763M, but it available in wider widths with appropriate offsets also (9.5" ET28, 10.5" ET45). The group buy that's about to close might achieve the max $500 discount which includes free shipping too.

Matte isn't really matte. More of a satin finish…it has a sheen to it. Perfect balance in my opinion.

I agree. I always reference matte if someone is searching or going to order them.

But, absolutely- they are satin imho.
