M2 Delivery

After a 2 month wait I was finally able to take delivery of my M2. My wife has a 335 but this marks my first one. I've wanted an M since the E46 came out in 2000, specifically Laguna Seca Blue.

My build was:
LBB
6 spd
Exec
Apple CP
MP Exhaust (Ti Tips)
Black Grilles (Front, side)
MP Pedals
MP Rear Diffuser
MP Mirror Caps
Continental Tires (would have preferred MPSS but not the end of the world.)

I plan to add the CF spoiler as the port wont install it without getting CF tips on the exhaust.

- Beverly Hills BMW was great to work with. As part of the Sonic Auto Group they are don't charge over MSRP.
- My CA was extremely responsive over the past 2 months and made sure that the car was delivered as requested: no front plate drilled, not washed and not driven by any staff.
- Locked in 2.9% for 60 months when I ordered the car.
- Was able to utilize a $2,500 company fleet program discount up from $1,500 last month.

I have only driven about 40 miles but the car is everything that I expected based upon the lengthy list of positive reviews I have read while waiting for delivery - car has a great stance in person, especially the rear fenders. Rev matching is a nice feature but I'm still getting use to it.

Regarding the MPE, in standard sport mode it is relatively loud inside but manageable based upon my prior cars. I have only driven in track mode for a few miles but will probably find it too loud to utilize during my daily commute.

Next up: Tint, Xpel, Opticoat and the MP spoiler

Woohoo! Welcome to the LBB MT family!

2.9, is this through the dealer? If yes, you should go with a credit union to get a better rate, i was able to get 1.59.

Thanks, that is a great rate. I went with BMW Financial. I haven't ever banked through a credit union. I guess I need to look into that for next time.

Congrats! Enjoy it.

...just approaching the 2 month mark (ordered 9 Dec) myself but I have a couple of more to go at least, looking at week 11 or week 13 build and a mid April pick up
