Fluid overfill for DCT ?

Any guidance out there for fluid levels for a DCT seeing track duty ?
Iíve confirmed my fluid level up to the side fill port on the transmission, but curious if anyone overfills for heavy track use ? Anyone ?

Euhm why did you even check? The oldest M2 is like 3-4 years old and should not be leaking from the trans.

Also you may have done it wrong as checking the fill level on the DCT is not done as on a manual transmission. The trans has to be operated to move oil to certain spots it drains out of when the car is not running.

More details here:https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/f...nce/1VnXljlF6b

Do not overfill, you will damage the trans. The DCT has a huge oil cooler and BMW runs it stock in race cars so I think your good with the stock setup.
