I'm about to buy your CS spoiler but i may wait for the new one in that case what's the difference between the current one and the pre-preg? Higher quality finish?

In terms of quality, it will be a step up but not a huge leap above what we sell currently. Our wet carbon version that is currently on the market is excellent already, this will just be that bit lighter, stronger and offer more in terms of longevity. It will put the spoiler on par with BMW produced items. |

OEM BMW M2CS: AutoID: It's subtle but personally I'm quite a stickler for the details as you may have seen from the thread with the front lip development but the actual BMW rear spoiler extends further up and outwards angle. The slopes leading up from the left and right sides of the spoiler are also quite different |

I would just go after market. From more than 5 inches, you won't notice the difference. Most people seem to be happy with Autoid...

I say wait for the real one to come out and the replicas to be made just like what happened with the OEM m performance spoiler. (1 example is mode carbon's replica of the OEM M performance)
All these fake ones right now calling themselves CS spoilers are just saturating the market |

The image shown is our first release also. I need to do some work and update the photos on the store to show the newer version. Much slimmer and improved fitment now. Leave it with me, I’ll find some for you! |

Prices for the OEM M2 CS spoiler are available now. Did not expect the price to be this low $562.40 for the USA |

Putting these here for my own reference too. Unfortunately I'm in Canada and these guys don't ship, so I have to wrangle the local dealers and see who is willing to work with me.
Spoiler, PN 51-62-8-085-400 https://www.bmwpartspros.com/p-bmw-o...er-51628085400 Front Lip, PN 51-11-8-078-455 https://www.bmwpartspros.com/p-bmw-o...ip-51118078455 Hood, PN 51-71-8-082-720 https://www.bmwpartspros.com/oem-par...od-51718082720 The fact that the lip is like 60% more than the MP version is a bit painful... but gotta have the fangs. |

I've owned many M4s and put rear spoilers on them all. IMHO spoilers don't work with the shape of the M2Cs trunk. The small section (Circled in red below) leans in like the M3. Makes the spoiler look like it is sitting on top of the truck. In contrast, M4 spoilers look integrated.

OP here. Ironically after starting this thread I ended up just getting the M perf one off of Brian at Sun Motors before he left (phew). I really thought this thing would come in at ~$800 min so this price point is quite good...
In addition I even Betalinked mine down, clamped it for like 3 days, used adhesive promoter etc. cause I was so worried about the "lifting" everyone was commenting on so it's never coming off. Oh well looks like the $$ saved can be spent on other goodies... |
