I have a creaky as hell glovebox door. Something just let loose inside of it. Rather than replace it at the dealership i'd prefer to just remove it but I don't see any easy way to do this.

Has anyone ever done this? Just the hinged door portion not the entire glovebox.

I supposed i'd need to remove the lightbulb as well as it stays on when the door is open.
