Redbull Car Park Drift, Qatar - M2 wins!

https://www.redbull.com/mea-en/moham...cpd-qatar-2018

Qatar’s 2018 King of Drift is crowned!
A weekend worth of scorching hot drifts and tire-spinning action has left us with a new champion; Mohamad Al Khaiat has been crowned Qatar’s 2018 king of drift. The Losail Circuit Sports Club was blissful to all motorsports fans who rushed to see Qatar’s drivers drift-it-out for the glory.

Mohamad Al Khaiat stacked up 358 points in his savvy BMW M2. All throughout three rounds, Al Khaiat put on a daring performance that set him apart from the rest. This was no easy feat by any means as 25 contestants have raised the bar this year to create quite the competitive atmosphere for motorsports in Qatar. Only 8 of the drifters made it through to the second heat and then there were 4.

I'm not really into drift comps but that is some trick driving.

That Mohamad Al Khaiat can truly drive it like he stole it.

I'm calling him when I need to get to the airport fast.

He deserves to have won.

And S65 powered right cuz sounds nothing like an N55.

Im sure it's a 2er shell I can't imagine anyone tearing apart an M2 like that to kill but it's just my opinion. Very cool driving indeed.

So who can identify the motor? They are calling it an M2 but I agree it probably started as an M235i.
