I would reccomend getting the bimmercode app and coding out Active Sound. It really makes a huge difference, i just did it today, took 2 min. You deff don't want it active, especially if you're running an aftermarket set up. It's probably totally out of sync and produces a noise in the cabin completely different to what's on the outside. Removing it also eliminates the drone in the cabin. No brainer in my opinion.

Also you should 110% get a sport cat. i have the fabspeed 200cell and i love it. looking to buy this remus exhaust next.
