FYI To Remus owners potential & current

If you're in the market for one right now definitely do not buy.

Their support is ghosting everyone right now.

The USA distributor is out of business and Remus is transitioning to a new distributor now that will not help anyone who didn't have a product ship from them (read as literally anyone since no new products are being shipped). Completely ridiculous

Zero warranty support. Just crickets. From Remus HQ in Austria. Multiple follow up emails were sent. Do not buy.

Update 6/2: Remus Austria finally got back to me and approved a complete set of replacement tips with their new logo.

I feel your frustration, REMUS did not handle this transition well. Current REMUS USA (previous distributor customers) now needs to contact REMUS Austria for any warranty support. REMUS Austria is taking forever to respond.

This does not apply to any new REMUS customers as they will be handled by other USA distributors and wont have to rely on REMUS Austria
