Hi, Ethan

Since I had a family reunion in the Maritimes this weekend, I asked Ruby Samra at BMW Canada if I could get my car redirected to the BMW dealership in Halifax instead of being sent to Ottawa - and she managed to successfully make it happen! I just verified via the Hansen's tracking site that the truck dropped the car off at the dealership in Halifax less than 30 minutes ago.

So... all that to say, please take my VIN (WBS1J5C56J7B61995) number off of your tracking list. And thanks again for doing your tracking work in general.

So, rather than wait 2 more weeks, I managed to get my car redirected to O'Regans BMW in Halifax and I went and picked it up last Friday. Drove back to Ottawa yesterday (Monday July 23). On the way, I took a few shots of the main rail line along where the cars are shipped. First shot is in Edmunston, NB, and the next one is waiting for a train (full of car transport rail cars, no less) to cross in front of me not far from Quebec City. Weird knowing that the car I'm driving was scheduled maybe even to be on the very train(s) I saw moving westward on my drive.

Who knows... maybe some of the above cars were on these trains!

Wow, that seems like a long time for local transport. Anyone knows what the usual transit time for GTA dealers? I'm trying to figure out if I can get mine this Saturday.

Did you check it in the Hansen system? Is it there? It will have a ETA on there.
