...to go with their bigger cars with bigger grills and bigger everything else.
I guess I should be grateful BMW is not joining other mfrs to compete on 'who has the biggest emblem.'

I seem to be in the minority here, but I agree with the OP. I carry a very low profile wallet built into my phone case. Would love a credit card shaped key to access and start the car so I don't need to have a bulky FOB.

You know the M2 has to be a pretty good car when owners are complaining about the size of the key fob. Seriously though BMW has been using this same tired design for many many years, I do find it interesting that the X5 key fob is cooler than the M2 but in my 33,000 miles of driving my M2 not once has the key fob been forefront in my thoughts. First world problems I guess.

My complaints about the M2 are really petty... no handle to grab onto above the doors, no cup holder in the back seat, no arm rests in the back seat for U.S. models...oh, and why do you have to adjust the dual air conditioning controls for both sides, instead of having a single button that syncs both sides up, if you don't want different temps? Overall, very minor complaints! If the car remains dependable for the length of time I plan to own it, I'll be a very happy camper! (Oh.. heads up display would've been nice....) |
