M2 CS delivery - USA (AW - 6MT - 2NH - GLD 763M - Cup2) - Picked up today

Very excited to report picked her up today. More pictures and feedback to follow however first impression very very positive. Very easy manual, smooth ride and great feel. Will share daily duties and also fun drives/events with a few other fun cars.

Glad to be back driving a BMW again. Was thinking either original M3 perhaps with engine swap or 1M but when the M2 CS information became available I felt this would be perfect car/BMW and would be cool to be original owner.

Was also cool to see all black M2CS owner out of town large BMW collection requested car be untouched and delivered without removing protective wrapping. There was also a M2 HS Edition in the delivery bay.

Congratulations! AW with the gold wheels is absolutely stunning! I'm surprised that more people don't select this spec.

Thanks so much guys.
All the color combos work so well with the CS and the carbon parts.
I immediately went to this spec and locked from day 1. White is so clean and at least to me synonymous with BMW Motorsports.

Yeah I was thinking about that today. Perhaps first car ever just base price without any cost options.

I saw a misano blue clown spec car today and my wife mentioned that white would also look good.

She would approve of your spec

My wife also approved not only own the color but car itself. She didn't even realize I had purchased it until I asked for a ride to the dealer LOL. She thinks she is ready to learn manual. This manual is very easy to drive as others have mentioned.

MB was a close 2nd choice for me since I love all Blues. I have a blue 718 Spyder being delivered soon.

Alpine white is timeless. The black carbon highlights and the frozen gold really enhance the paint colour.

Congrats.

Car looks great, but awfully high. Are you sure the shipping blocks were removed? - The photo in your driveway suggests otherwise.

from my perspective, it appears that the blocks were still on when car was in showroom. but looking at the pics of car at its residence it looks fine and correct

The Black Series has been allot of fun and has actually seen allot of daily duties in the past 1 1/2 years mixed in with a few other cars doing approx 6K miles. Anticipate the M2CS taking up allot of those in year one.
