First time I get my car in the garage, and I noticed several locations where it seems like the clear coat/ paint is damaged/contaminated…you need a certain light condition to see it.

I tried clay bar, hard water remover, tar remover, nothing will take these off…

What is it?

You’ll need to polish that out with a finishing polish and machine most likely.
