5th Gear low RPM issue ?

Hi,

I have 2019 M2C with DCT, 62000Km.

I am not sure if this is okay and normal, but when I am driving, and car goes to 5th GEAR going low RPM, the driving experience is weird, it's not going smooth. Car is like bouncing ??

This is happening while in COMFORT mode, Shifter speed is in 2level.

all other gears feel good, only 5th gear LOW RPM is weird.
5th gear higher RPM (above 2K) is OKAY.

I would compare it to when u're in sport+ mode driving in 1st gear, but it's not that extreme.

Thank you for your Answers !

You shouldn’t be below 2k rpm anyway in 5th gear. You are lugging the engine.

I haven’t noticed this in my 6MT M2. If I’m cruising along at a constant 40–45 mph (64–72 kph) the engine seems very happy in 5th below 2K RPM. Certainly, if I want to accelerate or go uphill, then shifting down to 4th (or even 3rd) is called for. Otherwise on a flat road at constant speed, the engine sounds fine to me at ~1600–2000 RPM. It definitely starts to sound like lugging at 1500 RPM and below in a high gear, at least to my ear.

Is the DCT M2 different in this regard?
