Same here... Usually never sport +, but always sport. I can even feel a very slight surge when I hit that button. It is an obvious difference to me. Comfort is just too sluggish.

I prefer the throttle response of Sport+ but hate that it comes to the expense of traction control as the PSS tires have crap grip until they are properly warmed up.

I'm not driving more sporty honestly, I prefer it because the transmission is much more responsive than comfort mode. The comfort mode is very slow to respond to gear changes and seems too slip the clutch to achieve smoother shifts which I assume causes more wear. Also the car sounds better in mdm. I keep the revs under 3k until the oil is up to temp, so it's not driven aggressively until it's ready for sport+

Also it just sounds way better in mdm plus valves open while letting the engine get to temperature while keeping revs below 3k... it's the mode I go into every time I'm crusing slowly or in a parking lot so I scare the shit out of people lol
