That's Chris Harris' personal M3 which is a manual. The other three are autos. It wasn't really a race of equals.

To be honest the tire pressure could be off as well. Heck, Chris Harris is known for his sideways actions; M3 tires could be bald for all we know.

I think the main point to take away from this is..........electric cars are only going to get that much better.
We're still in our infancy stage with electric vehicles when compared to our time with the I.C.E. |

Alfa is the best for track. It's the best out of these cars for a driver's car, but I don't trust Fiat for reliability.

LOL What? I would pick M3 ZCP over the Alfa for the track, the M is faster around corners. I would also pick the car with a manual transmission as the best 'driver's car.' You're right about the reliability though.

Compared to OG M2 Anglesey: Alfa: 1:41.55 OGM2: 1:40.68 Anneau du Rhin Short Alfa: 1:03.50 OGM2: 1:03.20 M2C: 1:02.42 Streets of Willow Alfa: 1:22.78 OGM2: 1:22.73 Sachsenring Alfa: 1:37.37 OGM2: 1:37.65 M2C: 1:37.15 I think the Alfa is wonderfully great. But those Nurburgring times are always fiction these days. |

The Nurburgring times were never proven or hell even came close to, by any third party. When asked to provide a car, Alfa is always says no. I'm guessing that the most likely scenario is similar to what Honda did with the Civic Type R (fitted a roll cage, slicks, other little tricks) to get a good N-Ring lap time.
