Aggressive Sound:
A free-flowing, transverse muffler is used to absorb high pitch tones producing a powerful sound and unleashing all available horsepower and torque. The muffler is finished with a high-temp powder-coated black finish and a stamped aFe POWER logo.

Exhaust Valve:
This down-pipe back exhaust system incorporates a factory style exhaust valve which uses the factory exhaust valve motor (not included). The valve helps regulate, direct and control the flow of exhaust gases by opening, closing, or partially obstructing passageways depending on throttle position for maximum performance.

Simple Installation:
This MACH Force-Xp down-pipe back exhaust system uses factory mounting locations providing stability and a hassle-free installation.

Quad 4" Carbon Fiber Tips:
Finishing off this system are quad 4" diameter, carbon fiber, 304 stainless steel tips. The tips come with an aFe POWER logo for an aggressive style.

Leak-Free Seal:
High quality band clamps are used for a complete 360 degree sealing surface.

Brushed 304 SS Construction:

+1 for sound clips. From what I can see, the left tips dont go through the muffler and the right side tips do. So if its valve controlled, are you saying that at any one point in time, only exhaust will be passing through one side? Assuming valves closed = passing through muffler and valves open = basically straight pipe.

Should be some more savings with the heavier M2C stock muffler.

There is some differences compared to the AFE exhaust for the M3/M4. Similar, but not identical.

Sounds great. Is this a direct bolt-on or is any cutting required? And when will the system be available?

Also, I noticed that it only uses the left side exhaust valve motor assembly. What do I do with the right side valve motor plug/assembly?

Sounds very good to me and the price is very reasonable if it's close to M3/4 pricing. One thing of note - I saw the dyno on the M3/4 and it looks like the AFE exhaust produces less power than stock at lower RPM. Probably not much of a concern when driving the car above 3k RPM but still something worth considering.

They are AFE carbon tips, we actually offer our own XPH tips which look very similar

I'm really curious about the comparison between this and the AA Signature exhaust (single mid as well) in terms sound and build quality. AA with CF tips cost $4k and AFE costs $2.2K. Almost half the price.

Edit: AA started offering intro pricing. It's now $3.6K.
