I see the 19s now:

T-S5
FRONT >> 19x9.5 +22 >> 20.6 pounds

REAR >> 19x10.5 +34 >> 21.1 pounds

I run with Apex SM-10s in black, 18x10 square. I don't think they can be beat for the price and track capabilities.

I think maybe the reason that under M2 size they don't recommend the 19" wheels is because of the wheel width and offsets. The M2 doesn't have as much wheel well space to play with as the M3/M4.

But those sizes will work on a M2.

assuming you are conservative with tires sizes. For example 255/35/19 and 275/35/19 will fit.

OK, good to know. I'm not up on which wheels offsets will be ok on the M2. I practically pulled my hair out finding the right ones for my M235i. I ended up going with the Dinan spec.

I only intend to go up one size tire at this point. My worry is that down the line if I do a flash tune then I might need even more rubber to keep the thing nailed down. At that point it would be a shame to be limited by wheel offsets.

I run 265/30 and 295/30 on VMR V710FFs. 19x9.5 ET33 & 19x10.5 ET45.

Not the lightest wheels, but the extra rubber on track is much more important than a few lbs per wheel.

I couldn’t find a lighter wheel with enough rear offset to run 295s on a dropped car with no rubbing.

has anyone tried 265/30/19 and 295/30/19 on oem 437m 9" & 10" wheels on a lowered car yet ?

If so - whats been the feedback ?

I'm curious as I'm thinking about going wider on my m2 with MPerf C/overs and -2 deg / -1.75deg camber F&R

Not sure, but from my fitment I don’t see anyway it would work. I only have a few mm clearance on both sides of the rears. The +45mm offset looks a must.

I’m -2.0 camber and dropped 18mm in the back. -3.0 & 13mm in the front.

TE-AL

I don't think anyone mentioned the Bimmerworld TE:AL TA16 forged wheels. I have been tracking my 18/9.5 square set up.....light weight and reasonable price.

The Apex forged rims are a game changer not sure why they are not being talked about. For under 3000$ you have a wheel within 3lbs of a 10,000$ set of FI-R/101LW. It’s a no brainer in my opinion.

Can’t you do 275/30 up front with PS4S??? That’s what I’m going for.

Haven’t tried it. It should work tho. Maybe a 3-5mm spacer would be needed.
