I bought Michelin Pilot Alpine PA4 tires and mounted them on the original 788M rims. These tires are the same size as the originals: 265/35R19 rear, 245/35R19 front.

Got them from Tire Rack and used one of their local installers. No rubbing at all. I don't even know why that's a subject since the tires are the same size. The only issue is that one tire was more than a year old. It was about 6 months older than the others. I wrote to TR to ask for a discount proportional to the missing share of life of both tires. No answer yet.

The ride feels softer (at same PSI of course) that's all I can say so far. Anyway, I'm satisfied. Getting used to the ride but not too different anyway. I'll talk more after they have 200 miles on them.

I didn't have to buy new sensors BTW, the same pressure sensors were used and they are working the same way.
